1998-2003 Kawasaki ZX-9R

Note: Use this guide in conjunction with the instructions received with your SH-K01 harness kit.

1.  Remove the Passenger and Rider seats.

2.  Remove the Gas tank and Gas Petcock on/off switch.

3.  Lift the Gas tank to have access under it.

4.  Look on the Left side of the gas tank. The Speed sensor connector is located under the Gas tank. Disconnect it.

5.  Connect the white SH harness plugs to the black coupler.

6.  Place the unit in the trunk, mount it with supplied velcro. Route the harness along the frame to the location of SH.

7.  Use the on-line calculator to generate the programming instructions.
