2002-2008 Suzuki GSX1400

Note: Use this guide in conjunction with the instructions received with your SH-S01 harness kit.

1.  Remove the panel on the left hand side, just below the fuel tank. There is a cluster of connectors:

2.  Separate the black speed sensor coupler: raise the lock pin in the middle of the large plug with a screwdriver, and pull the small plug out by grabbing its wires. It is fitted tightly due to the seals.

3.  Connect the 3p SpeedoHealer connectors. Can't get it wrong as they'll only fit one way.

4.  Route the cable to the mounting point for the SH. I've mounted mine in the underseat storage area so have routed the cable like this to keep it away from the PCIII and any possible interference as suggested by SH.

5.  Final mounting position of SH next to alarm. I still need to nick the undertray to have the cable sit properly.

6.  Get the online calculator from the SH web, do your calculations and then follow the programming instructions. They're really easy to follow.

Go and play but remember you no longer have the buffer of "ah my speedo over-reads so I can actually do a bit more" :-)
