SpeedoHealer INSTALLATION

1999-2007 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa

Note: Use this guide in conjunction with the instructions received with your SH-S01 harness kit.

1.  Remove the left fairing panel. Locate the connector to the speed sensor. It is easy to find just in front of the coolant reservoir. It's the only connector that matches the SpeedoHealer harness plugs.

2.  I chose to mount the SpeedoHealer under the rear seat. You will have to remove the two screws at the front of the gas tank and raise the tank to route the wire harness from the speed sensor to where the SpeedoHealer is mounted.

3.  The cable with the remote button can then be routed up front where it is easily accessible. I routed it under the seat and followed the throttle cables.

4.  A stock Hayabusa reads 60mph when the actual speed is 55mph. To correct for this error set your SpeedoHealer to -8.3%. Or to double-check the accuracy of your cycle I recommend riding by one of those signs that have a radar and display your speed.

Use the on-line calculator to generate the programming instructions.
