2007-2008 Suzuki AN400 Burgman

Note: Use this guide in conjunction with the instructions received with your SH-S03 harness kit.

1.  Remove the helmet box cover. It has two clips that must be removed first. They are quarter turn fasteners.

2.  The next pic shows the SH harness installed. The red arrow shows the location of the speed sensor coupler. It is in a very difficult place to work with, but it can be done. Use a long curved needle nose pliers, or a long flat head screwdriver to separate the speed sensor coupler. The SH harness was then snapped into place without using any tools.

3.  The SH harness was routed up through a slot in the right side of the box cover and mounted in the storage box with the velcro provided.

4.  Use the on-line calculator to generate the programming instructions.
